At A&K, we see architectural and engineering firms as important strategic partners. The success of our working relationships is defined by communication, collaboration and trust. We are unique among contractors and construction managers in that we maintain a full-time engineering management department consisting of architects and engineers.  

We have vast experience in varying partnering arrangements. Whether a project is designer led or A&K is taking the lead, our engineering staff is here to assure you that your creative, innovative designs receive the detail and attention they need from the construction side. With experience linking a project’s design side to the build side, they understand your needs and concerns.  

Our knowledgeable staff is well balanced with strengths in all disciplines. As part of our services, we perform scheduling, budget and constructability reviews to help the team control costs while preserving your creativity. We also offer CAD rendering modeling. Together we can manage projects, mitigate risk and improve scheduling to best serve our customers.
